We created the website of Rhapsody — MAIT's residential building in Varna with 177 apartments in three sections, inspired by the waves of the sea.
Rhapsody
We created the website for Rhapsody — MAIT’s residential building on Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd. in Varna, with 177 apartments in three sections. The building’s oval terraces and broken-up forms carry over into the site itself: smooth scrolling, scenes that unfold as you move, and a calm sea-inspired palette. At the heart of the project are the interactive floor plans — each of the sixteen levels, from the underground parking to the fourteenth floor, is drawn unit by unit. More than 350 apartments, shops and parking spaces can be selected directly from the plan, with real-time status, floor areas, orientation and a one-click inquiry. The result is a website that sells not just square meters, but the feeling of living between the hills, the city and the sea.

Branding
The mark is the letter R set within three rotated ellipses — like ripples around a stone, echoing the building’s oval terraces. The palette comes from the sea at dusk: deep night blue, sky blue and sea foam, balanced by a warm limestone background.
