We created the website of Shivana Residence — a boutique complex of twenty-one detached houses with yards and a shared pool in the Priboy area of Asparuhovo, between the pine trees and the sea. The website is built around motion. The opening photo emerges from a rounded frame, the letters of the headline float up one by one, and as you scroll, the shot shrinks until it is visible only through the letters of the name Shivana. The text about the residence writes itself line by line as you read. The architecture is told in a pinned scene, where form, stone, wood and light change in place with every turn of the scroll wheel. The yards glide past sideways like a filmstrip, and the location photos tilt slightly in perspective. Smooth scrolling ties it all together into one calm, high-end feel, with no abrupt jumps. Beneath the effects are tools that sell: a site plan that switches to a 3D model, the status of every house, separate pages for all 21 houses with floor plans, a drone panorama over Priboy and a viewing request form. The website is in Bulgarian, English and Russian.

Branding
The mark is a roof and a wall drawn with a single line, like a house seen in cross-section. The open side faces the SHIVANA wordmark, set in a bold geometric typeface. The palette comes from the place and from the materials of the houses: dark green like the pines above Priboy, cedar like the wooden slats on the facades, copper for small accents and light travertine like the verandas.

Project timeline
From the first meeting to launch — in four weeks. The scroll animations were part of the design from day one, not an add-on at the end, which is why their development took the most time. The site plan and the 3D model of the complex were built in parallel with the pages for the 21 houses.
