Varna Home Center is a real estate agency in Varna with over 17 years of experience — apartments, houses and land plots in Varna and along the northern Black Sea coast. The new website completely replaced the old one: property search sits right on the first screen, with type, location and budget, and the top offer of the month is one click away. We organized the listings around the buyer's decisions — new builds, rentals and “Open House” have their own clear entry points, and every broker is a face who takes responsibility. Copper accents and calm sand tones give the brand a more mature, premium presence, and on a phone the website is as fast and convenient as on a desktop.

Branding
The mark brings the initials VHC together in a diamond — like the roof and door of a house. Copper is the brand color: on the mark, the buttons and the accents, while the graphite and sand tones around it keep the website calm and orderly.
